You would probably need to set up a unix host to receive the news and run
the "Ascii" interface.  The ascii can then be formatted into ATEX using
either a terminfo/termcap file or a custom formatter.  You should talk to
a UNIX person who knows how to deal with termcap/terminfo systems.
