Actually, Dow Jones is beta testing their Web Server.  It will have WSJ
(180 days), NYT (1 day), and about 20 other extract publications (from
Broadtape, Dow Jones International, and Press Releases.

In addition to the home-page interface, it can be searched with a Z39.50
queries (like they use in the public libraries), and there are handholing
query capabilities.  The catagory codes have been translated into English
:-), and can be searched at the end of each story.
