Thanks for the information on SoftCard, and I'm sorry its
taken me so long to respond.   (We're putting up the SoftLock
Server on the World Wide Web). SoftCard does sound similar in
spirit to what we're doing, but our system has more spirit I think,
since it can do the same thing using no specialized hardware at
the User end, and if incorporated into the User's software, can
be completely transparent.

Have you got a project in mind that we can work together on?
