Description: 
Will manage project teams, act as a primary client contact, assist with 
project design and be responsible for all phases of the project life cycle. 
The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with clients to define 
solutions, working with programmers to determine the most efficient design and
implementation strategy to achieve goal within budget. 

Requirements: 
Experience with full project life cycle management in a web environment is 
essential, as is a strong comfort level with Microsoft Web and E-commerce 
solutions. Candidate must know MS Project, Visio, and understand database 
design within a web-based system.
