And, there is , we are 24hr. coaches dwelling in absolute wisdom within (like a holon within a holon) a coach ( or coaches) with absolute wisdom...absolutely growing and developing...absolutely coaching if coaching is the listening/speaking for generative conversations...committedly...And where does that committment come from..? But within the listening for a listening for a listening ( all the way up and all the way down)....
