A small shop can develop and implement systems and processes better than
the aggregator (really means mind devoring alligator). Remember, M$ back
when it produced technically excellent software, was a small shop. What
the small shop is up against is the marketing machines that convince us
that a product that continually needs fixing is the best thing since the
paper clip.
