The article definitely mentioned the connection between SAR and Pseudo.

What I thought was noteworthy about it was not comments about
Broadcast.com's future so much as the writer's impulse, as I have had
recently, to look at investments rather than business plans as the key to
making money on the internet. Of course it won't last. But it looks like an
attractive game to play for the moment.

I'm also inclined the believe that the only people offering a downside to
certain IPOs are those companies' competitors. Hardly anyone else wants to
speak out.
