In an interesting twist on this issue, the next town up the freeway has a
new web site, built by a local NINTH grade class . . I share Lou's concern
about maintaining such a site, but I think a distinctive background, a
template that puts a city hall phone number on every page, maybe a few
different features to the navigation, would clearly distinguish a
city-staffed site from an editorial site . .
