I'm not sure everyone will do this. I am a heavy internet/web user and I've
never taken the time to do this. I lived with the Netscape home page for a
long time. I use my bookmarks frequently and constantly add to the list,
but even with these I haven't devoted much time to organizing them.

I expect there will be some degree of personalization, but I think many
internet users will want it to be done for them. Excite's NewsTracker was
fast and simple and I've set up about six topics. But if Excite hadn't put
the option right in front of me, I'm not sure I would have bothered.
