I had to do this a while back. When you do the regular install for Excel,
the convert to HTML function is not installed. Get the CD-ROM, do a
re-install quickly of Excel, do a custom install and make sure to check on
the box that is convert to html. When you've installed it succesfully,
there is an option under the file menu that converts to html. I ran into
another problem also: I did all that, then the process wouldn't work. I got
an error message saying I needed some .dll file that wasn't found. I did a
find file on the CD-ROM, found the .dll file and copied it over to what I
thought was the right directory on my machine (I forget what is was, but is
was obvious from the location of the file on the CD).
