There always are. As I think I noted the last time one of these lists 
came out, such compilations typically tell a lot more about the 
person who compiles the list than they do about whatever field the 
list represents. 

The only lists I personally pay any attention to are those that
focus on overrated, underrated or unheralded players. These actually
have the potential to tell you something you don't already know. 

Otherwise, "top however-many" lists basically amount to nothing more
than the equivalent of listing favorite game show "celebrities."
