Hey there ya'll:

I'm speaking a language designed and invented,
to co-create a future with others consciously designing ourselves
in a world aware of the full extent of itself.

Life's been like a square dance, the one where you go from person to
person, hold arms for a few beats and then move on. It used to be like
these dance partners were interruptions to "my" life, taking "me" away from
what "I" had planned. Now it's like "partner here - partner there", and it
gracefully (well, mostly...) becomes my life. Dosie do. Toss another
plate in the air.

At work, we've had breakdowns that we thought were handled. We've had
unpredictable wins and gifts. The conversation in our company is one of
family working together. We've (my senior cabinetmaker) had a baby girl,
and another baby (cabinetmaker #2) is due any day. The staff has begun to
ask for and demonstrate greater responsibility for day-to-day operations.
Our management systems require enhancement, and are being redesigned.
We're recapacitating!

Renee is about to start leading the SELP, and this has required new support
from "me". It's a call from community, though, since we say that the
lives of the people in this program, and the lives of those they touch will
be profoundly affected. And in that perspective, what "I" have to provide
is turning out to be an easy contribution.

Dancing through life, having partners helps keeps me on the beat. Rock on.

Steve
