Robyn:

I hae been dwelling deeply in being more than complete...Now am I? Most times
I'd have to say yes...If I died today would I be complete...Well yes. My way
of looking at "being complete" is: would I live my life over again exactly as
it was if I had that chance. If can say "yes" sincerely then I am complete.
So, there is a acceptance in being complete. Being "more than" complete may
involve quieting the voices on the stage enough to perceive a clearing, a
space to speak authentically....I can't imagine not living life as if I could
die the next day or moment...Living any other way is a lie. And, I don't mean
living in morbid dread of death...I mean really getting it that I might die at
any moment. And that is that. That is another way of looking at being
complete. Because living with that fundamental truth is about as complete as
you can get...Accepting that has us look more openly that we are alive....

About the IFLP coming to grip with that person's death, I can only say that
has more to say about them being complete about their friend's death than
about the person who died. It is a "wish" that a life is lived
fulfilled...And, it may or may not be...

So, lastly I'd say being complete is living life honestly...showing up 100%:
completely 100%...that again is about as complete as we can be...In every
moment we ARE complete it is whether we are aware of that or not...and on that
flight when you we not afraid of the sounds...you were completely
...present...and in that presence you were beyond fear...and that state is
marked by an acceptance of death...which is a lot like an acceptance of
breathing...

Awareness, I do not believe, is a mindblowing event...or an ecstatic way of
being...it is a simple calm....more Zen then Zowie! Being complete is being
aware...a natural way to be....

Seth
