Ok, Holden, I am probably one of, if not the most distrusting of
government among
the group here, and I have to tell you Tailwind being a farce goes way
beyond the Current CIA denials... I am more than willing to accept the
CIA is willing to lie, hell, they do it daily and lets face it, they are
great conspiracy fodder, with more than a few that I do believe are based
in reality. However Getting back to tailwind, you had denials, not just
by the CIA, but by the veterans who allegedly performed the operation.
After what, nearly 30 years, you don't think one of them would have broke
the code of silence, had they done what they were accused of? Second, the
key source for the allegation had already written and published a book on
the topic and nowhere in his did he mention the use of Sarin nerve gas
use... it seems to me, since he gets the royalties from the sale of the
book, he would have made certain to include it in the book, but no mention
is made.

The CIA are great fodder for whatever allegation you wish to
level, because they will NEVER let outsiders investigate them, so they are
left to 'investigate' themselves. Which means most people will not accept
any result of an internal investigation from them. Now take this as
comments from an individual who does suspect that the CIA has indeed been
involved in such acts as drug trafficing since at least Vietnam-War Era
and potentially building and maintaining a 'shadow' government. And even
I say, I think CNN botched it big time! They I think sold their souls to
have some "scoop" for their new show, and 'overlooked' the glaring
problems their story had.

		That just my oppinion.
