I know of one example at least. In Salisbury, Md., WBOC-TV is in a
partnership with the ISP known as Delmarva Online. That's no shock, though.
Both are owned by Draper Communications. But the relationship allows the TV
station to exploit the ISP's resources. The ISP's home page links to the TV
station's site, but also serves as a kind of electronic community kiosk of
its own that features business networks, local newspapers links and an
interactive map of local shoreline recreational areas.
