Interesting to see that I too hold accountability still with a some of the
kinds of limitations Ina speaks about.

And as I listen, I see that in my originating circle I am in a rigid
structure regarding accountability (maybe regarding everything). As i look
at the conversations and people in this structure I see there is npo other
possibility for accountability. I can't be freely accountable in the way
that Werner speaks in his quote. I can sometimes grasp it as a possibility
when I get engaged in a conversation like this. Then it goes right back
into an unconscious way of being that survives in my originating circle and
the relationships I have there. Not that it's bad, just that it limits.

So as a stand I can be accountable for all of it, including what others say
and do. And in saying that i see I am speaking from community. I can't see
it as an individual phenomenon. It may be that it can occur as an
individual phenomenon, I just can't see it yet. And i clearly see it as
possible from community. I also see that when we don't stay conscious of
our originating circle conversations, like we were when we did our
originating circle boards, we stay lost in the rigidity of that network of
conversations. I feel like I want to run home and do a new originating
circle board right now!

I do however see that I can be responsible for all of it from individual.
Not guilty... and responsible. Not necessarily the person who caused
soemthing and responsible. What I get to do from there is accept what is so
regardless of who did or caused or spoke it. It's just what's so. so deal
with it from there (reminds me of the old "What's So" seminar I used to
lead years ago.

So accountable for all of it from all of it is, as I am present to it right
now, a clearing. It allows certain openings into which new things can be
said. It's funny that I think there is something to do when being
accountable, like an individual action. There is the doing of speaking from
the clearing and having others speak so it gathers some form and strength.
Still it's not the doing I hear which is more like go pound some pegs in
the ground.
