My daughter Molly is eleven years old. She enjoys so much about life. She
wants to share every thought and detail with me. She likes to tell me (word
for word) about the books she reads. Sometimes I feel like I don't have the
time to listen or that I have something more important to do. How I would miss
it if she didn't want to share herself with me. 
Frequently I find myself hitting delete, changing channels, turning from what
is present, looking for something else.
I wonder what it is that would be more important than to be open to another.
