    No Vin. First of all I never said I agreed with the 9 minutes, just
used it as a long-term collective. But if people are wasting time waiting
for web pages they must be sitting idly and therefore wouldn't they also be
doing the same for the above occurrences (regardless of how much time they
require)?

    I have Win 95 on a P133 with 56K, 32MB RAM and a couple gigs or hard
drive.
