At first when I read your letter about not bring the new course participant's
in because we are ostensibly discussing the 5th field and other mysteries of
the universe that may not be appropriate conversation for them....made some
sense.  Its true we didn't have it chacterized for us until the 5th
weekend...however we began discussing it and exploring for it right from
giddy-up...

The thing is I very much trust the designers of the course...AND I see that we
are also the designers...and to some degree we may be "accountable" for
that....

Having said that how might the course evolve and be re-designed...well,
technically it will be re-designed through conversations... I'm not sure we
can rely only on Julia and Brian to evolve this "course"...nor do I believe
the course is designed that way...

At the same time we need to be responsible and have a breakthrough in openness
and harmony if 
We" will lead....

So I am leaning to trusting each other and seeing what happens when we bring
the "new" participants in...yes, they may end up starting at a whole new place
then we did...and Brian and Julia may have to make some adjustments.....and
many of us may be around to help with that....
