I have my graphics turned off, and I remember this particular ad. I was
tempted to click on it, though I didn't at the time. But it did catch my
attention and it offered a compelling reason (jobs) to check it out.

Positioning of this ad also helped. I am more inclined to look at an ad
which comes at the end of my reading than at the beginning.
