I skimmed the article and didn't see a breakdown concerning advertising
dollars paid to other websites and advertising dollars which remain
in-house.

If Procter & Gamble commits $10 million of ita ad budget to its own
website, then that's $10 million in internet advertising, but it's not paid
out to an online portal or online magazine.
