That's a rhetorical question.  As it assumes a "one person" rather than a
Partnership askin the question...

There is no person, or "one person" to presence anything in  Partnership....as
the presence of Partnership is community...

So, that answer would appear to be No, but if a "person" is presencing
Partnership by its very nature that person is a partnership and the answer is
YES. The word, thought, and deeds associated with  "person " has another
context and meaning...
