You know, I would love to have some hard, or and least not *too* soft,
numbers on TCO of Linux vs. NT to show my employers (DHL, the "flying
van" folks).  There are people in the company fighting pretty hard for
NT, and I'd really like to have some good amunition to fight back. 
Usenet hearsay probably doesn't count.  Are any of these sources good
enough to impress suits?  And if so, can I have 'em?
