Not sure about that, Seth. I would say that a "person" presencing
Partnership is "Partnership waiting to happen" or the opportunity for
partnership, and not that that person IS a partnership.

Steve:

I think you have honed in on a key perspective of exploring this field: the -
"waiting" to be - perspective. This is a space to be standing in ...maybe we
can call it an "opening" to be standing in that is a "waiting to happen"
space.....

And,

There is also a space to be standing that is a "IS" happening space...

Both generate a language consistant with the stance...

Why would we choose one or the other space?

The word "presencing"...is the lead word...Is presencing a "waiting to happen"
or a "IS" happening...?

As I see it, presencing Partnership requires the ability to be present to
dialogue as dialogue...this presence is an accountabilty...it is an "IS"
happening phenomenon...Because Partnership is presenced by being present to
dialogue...which is a "IS" phenomenon...

In other words, Adult as a Possibility is Adult as an Actuality...

What you have pointed out with "waiting -to-happen" is that There is no Adult
as a Possibility with out accountablity, which is Adult as an
Actuality...therefore Partnership is a "waiting to happen " because Adult as a
Possibilty is a waiting to happen...

It is the "edge" we stand on....Is-ing or Waiting to Is...

Seth
