I was waiting in the lobby, but didn't see you.

I didn't hear it as a possibility. There was no structure for
fulfillment. When you took the stand, it was like a "pipe dream",
a little girl making a wish and hoping it will come true. I wish
I had breasts, but since I have no intention of taking actions that
would produce that result, it's not going to happen.

When we have a room with 85% integrity, we should be grateful that
we have 3 guests. Imagine having a choice between 3 telephone companies,
all of which promised 100% reliability. One (AT&T for example) delivers
99.9999% in other words, you line might not be available or will be
dropped during a 30 second period each year. Another delivers 99.999%
or you get no service 5 minutes/year. Then we have the Landmark Telephone
company - with 85%. In other words, in a 24 hour period, you will be
"down" 3 hours/day, usually during the busiest time. And we wonder why
we can promise 100 guests and 3 show up.

Now. Consider the possibility of having 2 million Landmark Graduates who
consistantly produced 98% or 99.99%. Consider the possibility of 2
million graduates who produced extraordinary results every day, no matter
what, and then let people know that it was a result of Landmark.

If you were really serious about having even 99% integrity, what promises
would people have to make? What promises would a Forum leader have a
group like this make? These are senior graduates. Here are a few for
starters.

Every day:
Promise something outrageous, and produce that result.
Make a call to a seminar member every single day.
Take a call from a seminar member every single day.
Make an unreasonable promise - and deliver.
Make an unreasonable request - and make sure that others fulfill.
Share the Forum - give something up, clean up a mess, or acknowledge
                    someone every single day.
Enroll somebody into something every single day.
Engage in the homework every day.

Additional promises for the four week period.
Assist at least once a week.
Attend an evening session or SEF or some other seminar every week.
Get a coach and use them at least three times/week.

If people delivered 85% on that promise - their lives would be
extraordinary, the people around them would be begging to know what
they were up to, and when they gave credit to Landmark Education,
people would be call-ins just to "get in on the ground floor of a good
thing". In fact, Landmark would have a breakdown - they would have to
start waiting lists for every course.

In addition to what's in the article - I used some of the Landmark
CPP and Effectiveness skills to immediately put a project into high
gear.
