One additional feature of member listings is that on each individual's 
form, there can be a link (optional to listing member) that will pull up all 
of that member's posts to the online-news list. 

To head off bug reports I know we'll get, the search engine currently 
truncates output at 100 entries, so for frequent posters to the list all of 
their posts won't show up with the results. That's a known bug and it will 
be fixed shortly. ... Remember, I said we're still in "beta." 8-)
