Mercury Center also will be updating its VoterLink

stories and results. But while results are great, everyone on the Web is
providing them. We're especially proud of our native content: The Listening
Post.

Mercury News reporter Holly A. Heyser is on the road as we speak, going from
precinct to precinct, getting a feel for voters' sentiments with a digital
camera and tape recorder. Throughout the day, Heyser's multimedia Listening

In addition to Listening Post, we'll have two high-school student reporters
