I am researching a newsletter story for the Association of Area Business
Publications and need some quick info. Where can I access current info
regarding the number of computer users and web users? I've heard some numbers
but don't know how up to date they are. Does an one have current data?

Also, some of our members have had dirty dealings with ISPs - cutting in on
competitor's lines, inserting glitches into sites they build, etc. Can anyone
give me an idea of how prevalent this is and what exactly some of these ISPs
can do to make someone's site a time bomb?
