...on the bandwidth issue: I heard a whisper about one of the video
network's websites staying up and free-flowing (one suite of hardware/sw)
through the election returns, while another's site, a few blocks away,
perhaps, with a different batch of hardware/sw, not doing so well at all.

  Anyone do any comparisons at that level of server responsiveness?
