 I noted this (excerpt) from the Wash Post; it suggests that of those who
 *voted,* more than a quarter are regular Net users. That's different than
 saying 25% of those qualified to vote are bona fide netizens:

 So how's that for the real news spin -- 90% vs the general population 49%
