Actually, I would like to find a long term apartment.  I'm just not sure 
what would be best.  The village and Chelsea seem like they might be nice 
places for Debbie to go.  There's also the Vault, but I don't think I'd 
want to live there.  The East Village also seems playful.  Are any of 
these places where Debbie is likely to get serously hurt?  Any 
reccomendations would be great.

The ideal situation would be a place where a boy who enjoys being a girl 
could meet a girl who enjoys being a girl.
