Just curious, what will happen to Netscape's old investors.  All the 
engineers and designers who contributed time, money, and resources under 
the provision of the General Public License with the understanding that 
no one would "take posession of an exclusive superset".  It would be an 
interesting class action suit.  I can think of a few hundred contributors 
who would want a piece of the action.
