As usual, check the alt.sex.bondage groups.  There are several servers 
and boards offering Web Pages, personals, and for-fee subscriptions.  As 
usual, the porno industry is paving the way.  Also look at alt.bbs.* and
alt.religeon.*

Prices run about $30-50/year for "All you can eat".  Remember when adult 
videos ran $200/tape?  Prices will probably run about half that for the 
mainstream.  Not bad if you can get 5000 occaisional readers.
