Dow Jones and Mead have been mining gold for years. A quoted article
from a reputable source can help you win an argument, or win a sale.
Stop thinking like a producer and think like an information consumer.
People love:
Gossip - National Enquirer or Usenet - its a cash cow.
Win Arguments - I'm right, the Wall Street Journal says so.
Get What you want - consumer reports, OAG, S&P Stock Reports...
Who can you trust for reliable information.
Shopping - When the advertizing is what YOU want, throw out the
rest of the paper.
Bargaining - Where can I get the best price.
Negotiating - How badly does he need my cooperation.
Closing Sales - Endorsements from reputable sources. Insurance
agents watch the News Wires to be the first to have
claims adjusters at the scene. They can show the clippings
of their adjuster at the Hollywood Quake Site for months.
