Here's my situation,

I am actually responsible for delivering PDF documents via a feed to 5 
customers, BIG customers.  At 3:00 A.M. Sunday Morning, I discover that
one of the customers has choked on the 8000th of 10,000 PDF "files", 
causing all of the OTHER custmers to block completely.  Two customers,
located in England, could not get their other feeds until the problem was 
resolved.

Our solution:
	Scuttle the pointers, restart the drivers, and loose about 200 stock
	reports (guess how happy the analysts were about THAT).

I finally got to bet at 4:00 a.m. after writing lot's of e-mail.
