For your web presentation to result in orders, you must structure it to:
	Establish a relationship between you and customer.
	Determine the customer's "hot button".
	Qualify the customer completely
	Overcome objections.
	Trial Closes.
	Puppy-dog close (take it home, try it out, we'll bill you in 30 days).
	Convenient payment terms (I don't want to have to phone you to buy 
	via net)
