It's already here!
Find documents on Internet Relay Chat (IRC). This is a means by which
private or public conversations can be broadcast across the net in
real-time. It's like "E-Mail in real-time". Just as we send mail to
Steve and he forwards it to us, we can send IRC bulletins and pick them
up in real-time with a "Clipping" filter. A good cut-and-paste utility
makes it very easy to send bullitins.
