The hardware could be very cheap. Used 386DX/66s are going for about
$300, and you'd need to add a big hard drive 800 meg is about $250.
If you want the "Deluxe", get a P/90, 3 SCSI controllers, and 9 1 gig drives.
Total price: under $5000
This gives you the equivalent of a 3090/200J (sold for $6 million each in
1991).
