Yes.
The person you need to contact to negotiate royalty schedules for
this is Greg Gerdy (gerdy@tigger.jvnc.net), better yet, call
609-520-4000 and ask the operator for Greg Gerdy.  The rates will
vary based on your volume (in users), distribution method, and
accountability.  As long as your customers aren't Stock Brokers,
it usually isn't a big problem.
