I was replying to a post originally posted in Misc.jobs.offered.

By the way, I forgot to mention that Microsoft "Interviewed" me
and requested a detailed plan for an operating system.  Nearly
every innovation proposed in my application (100 pages of specs,
sample code, and references) ended up in OS/2.  Microsoft never
hired me, and never acknowledged any of it.
