In other words, the police came to kidnap the father and force him into
slavery. The warrant was based on the assumption that ALL TERMS of THE
original DECREE were honored by the Custodial Parent and therefore the
terms of the Child Support payments were also enforcible.

Wouldn't be interesting if visitation was refused. What iff "day-care"
money was not used for purchasing state-licensed day-care as stipulated in
the decree. What if the mother had determined, during a time of stress,
that she had to leave the children in the temporary custody of someone
other than the NCP without his consent? Wouldn't this nullify the
original agreement which was negotiated in good faith as an uncontested
divorce?

If that contract were nullified. Then wouldn't that mean that the father
would have been assaulted and kidnapped? Would not the mother be
committing extortion, fraud, and blackmail? Would not the prosecutor be
required under the constitution to be able to prove beyond a reasonable
doubt that the contract/decree was Enforcable and that the CP had in fact
complied with all of the terms of that contract?

A single refusal of visitation could render the entire decree null and
void.

This one would be a good case for the Supreme Court. Of course, it would
be really effective if this guy had no prior arrests, no prior record of
physical violence, had a history of volunteered community service, and
had a predominantly stable work record. It will be interesting to see
how politicians and the supreme court react when the police assault a man
for resisting arrest on a warrant that the state isn't prepared to back
with criminal - felony charges (which must be proven beyond a reasonable
doubt).

I hope the lawyers have a field day with this one. Any lawyer who can
turn this into a lawsuit in which the state ends up paying triple damages
for it's excessive use of deadly force - would have hundreds of men
requesting them to handle their divorce.

Interesting that one of the "pioneers" in this arena was Arkansas, under
the leadership of Gov. Bill Clinton. How many men will be murdered under
the directives of President Bill Clinton?

Hitler didn't start with the Jews. He started with the mentally
retarded, the homosexuals, the homeless, and the mentally ill. Then he
went after the "Gypsy Men", leaving their women to be raped by the "Arian
Dreamboys". Isn't "Dead-beat-dad" synonymous with the European
perception of "Gypsy Men"?

Who will be sent to "The Camps" next? And how will "The Final Solution"
be phrased to make it palatable to the Christian Right and the Feminist
Left? Didn't Hitler gain most of his support from the Fascists and the
Bolchevics (Stalin was originally with the AXIS).

Perhaps Steve Forbes is the only "Safe Bet" for 1996. Look at Doles
support for the Exxon Ammendment and the Dead-Beat-Dad laws.

In the words of Lenny Bruce:

O.K. We did it! We found a not in the basement,
"I did it, signed Morty", but why do you keep busting our BALLS for
for this crime? It's been 2000 YEARS, shouldn't their be a statute
	of limitations on this crime?

O.K. I did it. I let my wife tie me up, have intercourse without a
condom, and impregnate herself with my baby. I let her marry the man she
later fell in love with. This is a CAPITAL CRIME? Is some police
officer going to come to my hovel in Jersey City and shoot me in the head
because my payment is two weeks late? Or because I wanted to call my
lawyer before going down to the station?

No, I didn't file contempt of court charges when she paid her disabled
husband "day-care" money to supplement his social security check. No, I
didn't excercize the clause which gave me "unconditional and irrevocable
custody" when she sent me a letter telling me she was going to put my
children in a foster home. Am I going to be executed for allowing her to
work it out? It worked out beautifully! They are both about to graduate
from Business College with MIS and BSBA degrees. Their combined income
should be triple what I earned at the time of their divorce.

Will I then be arrested for missing a payment back in 1991?

As absurd as this sounds, it will be happening, across the country, with
such frequency that it won't even merit press coverage. The press wasn't
particularly interested in "Babi Yar" or "Yadvica", or "Trablinka". The
history books give more coverage to the "Night of the Long Knives" than
they give to "Chrystal Nacht".
