Let's assume that he pays 25%.  He also gets to pay taxes at the single 
rate.  In other words he can pay 45-50% taxes, 25% child-support, and 
incedental expenses.   A man earning $60,000:
	Pays	38% federal tax  (22800)
	Pays    14% FICA	(8400)
	Pays 	 8% State	(4800)
	Pays 	 5% City (nyc)  (3000)
	Pays 	25% Child Support (15000)

A total of 90% or $54,000.
Leaving him with 6000/year - about $500/month to live on.

What kind of place can you rent for $500/month?
What about transportation, food, and clothing?
