The New York Times InfoBank operation had entirely slipped my mind until Jo
Ann Mandinach elaborately recalled it. And no, JoAnn, none of your proposals
for entertainment-related services based on Times content were ever made
public during our editorial development phase.

Pulse eventually hired two abstracters from the Parsippany operation. I've
lost touch with one of them. The other lives right around the corner from me.
So I'd love to attend next year's NYT InfoBank alumni club reunion. Based on
the passion of your posting, I know we'd have lots of stories to swap.

But not to clutter this list with them...
