General request, please.  I'm new to this list and its "netiquette" if you will.
On The Well, for example, we'd plan the reunion electronically. Someone
would ask you what you do at Cowles. We'd ask who's going to Nexpo and set
up a lunch time.

Each Well conference  -- i.e. media -- has a personal introductions topic.
Discussions of employers and business opportunities are more frank.  The
culture may be different here because The Well has monthly parties at the
Presidio Yacht Club and we can meet face-to-face if we choose.

And there may be more "banter" on The Well than is appropriate here.

Some guidelines, please. With all the different places I'm reading, it's
tough to keep to cultures straight.  And I promise to resist the temptation
to start posting those stories. On the other hand, we might have quite a
story if we got motivated to put it all together.
