I agree there has been entirely too much focus on the web at the expense
of list techniques.......there are millions of people who are strongly
text-oriented, and do not need pictures, sound, shockwave or java to feel
compelled to read and take part......

Sure, I'll try. Are you the same Azeem from London who was so skeptical
of the survey data last January that showed under 10 million unique US
Internet users? There are not so many users as there are
accounts.......it should be very clear at this late date.
