I am preparing a list of people developing or applying payment schemes designed
to efficiently support payments under the 1$ range (e.g., `pay cent per
click'). Serious interest in doing this is Ok too.

Relevant parties to come forward would include (please categorize):

* Technology providers such as us (IBM). Proposals and experimental
systems Ok too (would be listed seperately).

* Potential billing systems, such as ISPs, phone companies, financial
institutions, customer organizations, ...

* Sellers, such as information providers, on-line newspapaers,
on-line service providers (e.g. premium Yahoo), multi-player games,...

* Consultants

I prefer to receive direct responses, which I'll compile into an organized list
and publish back to relevant mailing lists (unless somebody specifically
asks me not to publish). It'll be nice if you fill in as follows, using
HTML tags for links etc:
