Jim Conaghan and I are currently putting together the outline of NAA's 1996
new media study.  (Several people have contacted me regarding the study; it's
still in the pipe and probably will be until after the first of the year.)
 One area in which we're interested is Web paper design issues -- designing
for usability and audience satisfaction.  As part of the new media study, I
would like to build on and/or highlight the design research conducted by
individual Web papers (or parents of same).

If your company has conducted such research and would be willing to discuss
your concerns, methods and findings, please email me at 
or call me at 703.648.1140.  I'm aware of and appreciate concerns you might
have about compromising competitive advantage by disclosing such findings.
 But, I think we can find ways of highlighting your efforts and raising the
overall level of knowledge without spilling the proprietary beans.
