I think "MSIE" is Microsoft Internet Explorer.
My first three instant thoughts about the browser stats:
The low number of AOL hits supports the theory that most AOLers don't
venture deep into the web. My view is the cost. Once an AOLer gets adept at
Web browsing, he/she winds up moving on to an internet provider fairly
quickly to eliminate those high extra-hour rates.
The Mac stats (1 in 7 hits came from Macs) were interesting. I was hoping
that figure would be higher, but can't remember what Apple's market share
is.
And, as far as the high percentage of graphics-off hits, I doubt the
server's speed matters. Once someone turns off graphics, I think he/she
generally leaves them off for the entire online session.
Can't wait to see what others think.
