Is anyone tracking the NBA vs. AOL suit? Any comments on how that will
affect the sites where the prime attraction is real time sports/events
coverage?

It seems to me that if AOL loses this suit it could devastate what seems
to be one of the most promising uses of the online media (see previous
threads on this list about the Olympics, ice skating, and other sports
events...).
