I found the most interesting item in Eric's list of hit sources
was that 31 percent of the hits were with the Lynx browser. I have always
felt that if we could capture a good share of the lynx market with a
text-only product such as AR we would have a good shot. As we progress, I
can't imagine that we'll leave a text-only edition behind -- and it won't,
as at so many sites, be an afterthought. Many of the best news sites on
the Web are fundamentally unreadable with Lynx.
I wonder if I could get some sense from your feedback how many
news sites out there put any time into developing the look of their
text-only sites?
Best,
